Continuum Movement

Continuum Movement is an internal inquiry into our biological systems that can bring about a number of healing experiences including a deeper discovery of oneself.  Continuum Movement is also a somatic movement therapy practice that is highly effective in helping to stabilize anxiety, post traumatic stress, panic attacks, depression, incessant worrying, disassociation and restlessness.  

Continuum can be utilized to accentuate the healing process of any health condition.  Continuum especially helps the body to unwind by soothing and relaxing the muscles, tendons, fascia and harmonizing the rhythms of the cerebral spinal fluid.  Continuum fills the gaps that regular stretching, yoga and calisthenics are missing.  Continuum can be used to accentuate other somatic practices to bring about a more complete and holistic effect.
